Who We Are

This policy covers PA Adjuster Directory and inquiries sent to its directory team. The directory does not handle insurance claims or act as your public adjuster. The preview includes business names supplied by the owner and links to the firms' official websites. A listed firm's own website and services are governed by that firm's privacy practices.

Information You Send Us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and optional phone number. If the page identifies a listing in your inquiry, its name is included too. A hidden company field helps screen automated submissions. When the form is configured and a message is successfully delivered, Resend emails it to the directory's configured recipients, with your email address as the reply-to address, so the team can respond to your inquiry.

The form does not automatically forward your message to a listed firm. Use it for directory questions, corrections, or privacy requests. Please do not include Social Security numbers, financial account details, health information, full claim files, or other sensitive documents. Arrange document sharing directly with your chosen professional.

Analytics

We use website activity information to understand which pages and actions visitors use. This includes page paths, referring website hostnames, device categories, first-visit indicators, selected click labels, and country-level information when available. Our analytics service stores daily totals and individual records for clicks classified as contact or lead activity. It does not receive the text you type into the contact form from the analytics tracker.

The _ra_uid cookie contains a random identifier and visit date. The Cookie Policy explains its lifetime, the _ra_ignore preference, and how to turn analytics off. Page and click data should not be treated as a guarantee of anonymity simply because the form's contents are excluded.

Hosting, delivery, and technical information

Vercel hosts the site and handles requests, Resend delivers contact emails, and Google Cloud Firestore stores our analytics service's records. The receiving email service also processes delivered correspondence. These providers process information needed to perform those functions; they have their own privacy practices.

Requests may expose technical information such as IP addresses and user-agent headers to hosting and delivery services. Our analytics service uses request information to screen bots and limit abusive traffic. Its stored activity records omit IP addresses, but hosting or service logs may contain technical request data.

Third-Party Websites

Following an enabled business, regulator, or Wikipedia link takes you to another service. Information you send there goes to that service under its policies. A link in this directory does not make the destination part of our contact form or analytics system.

Retention

Contact messages may remain in delivery-service records and the directory's mailbox. Analytics totals and contact-click records are stored separately. No fixed retention period is currently published for these records. The analytics cookie's 365-day expiry is a browser setting, not a deletion deadline for messages or server records.

Use the contact page to ask about information you have supplied or request deletion. Removing a browser cookie does not erase a delivered email or previously recorded analytics. A request may need identifying details to locate the relevant correspondence, and records may be subject to service-provider, backup, or legal retention requirements.

Your Choices

You can choose not to submit the form, omit the optional phone number, or turn off analytics for this browser. The Cookie Policy explains browser storage controls and their limits. For questions, access or correction requests, or a deletion request, use the contact page and describe the information concerned without sending additional sensitive documents.

Privacy rights and any limits on a request depend on the law that applies to your circumstances. Include enough information for the team to identify your earlier correspondence and understand what you are requesting. If the form reports an error, the message has not been confirmed as delivered.
